url's web origin, as a browser serializes it and the session transcript binds it: scheme://host, with the port only when it isn't the scheme's default, and no path — the form Wallet.startMdocPresentation takes. For a platform that reports a page's URL; Credential Manager reports the origin itself (DigitalCredentials.Request.origin).
